The Highlands Estate offers three packages: Highlands Day, a single wedding day; Highlands Overnight, Friday afternoon through Saturday evening with Friday night lodging; and Highlands Weekend, Friday afternoon through Sunday morning with Friday and Saturday night lodging. Both of our Weekend Packages include on-site lodging for up to 22 guests.

The Highlands Estate is one of the few private wedding venues in the region that combines genuine on-site lodging with a working vineyard, old-growth oak trees, and a climate-controlled barn — all on one 21-acre property in the Yorkville Highlands, on the border of Sonoma and Mendocino Counties.

The Estate includes:

• The Four Seasons Barn — climate-controlled, with panoramic vineyard views and indoor or outdoor ceremony options
• On-site lodging for up to 22 guests, available with Weekend Wedding Packages — 5 suites with en-suite bathrooms, plus a pool, gym, billiard room, and chef's kitchen
• 21+ private acres surrounded by Syrah vineyards, oak trees, and rolling hills
• Capacity for up to 200 guests

Highlands Weekend provides exclusive use of the venue along with two nights of lodging for up to 22 guests — Friday check-in at 3PM through Sunday check-out at 12PM. Host your rehearsal dinner the night before or a farewell brunch Sunday morning — the choice is yours.

Highlands Overnight includes access from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening, with Friday night lodging for up to 22 guests — added time without a full weekend length.

The Estate's on-site accommodations include over 7,000 square feet of space: private suites with individual heating and air conditioning, a pool, a billiard room, a gym, and a large deck.

Package pricing varies by season, day of the week, and guest count. Beyond the venue fee, couples should budget for catering, entertainment, florals, and other vendors.
